We are currently in our roll out process in Atlanta, GA and Austin,TX. We are specifically starting in the historic O4W / Edgewood area in Atlanta and all districts in Austin, TX. We welcome interest from any venues in Austin, TX looking to install the hardware needed for CrowySpy to function. There are a few simple requirements for any selected venue to go live on the CrowdSpy platform.
- WIFI.
- Electricity.
- A spot to mount the hardware with a clear overall view inside your establishment.
- Selection by our local scouts.
We encode the video in a very low bitrate for two reasons. One to preserve and anonymity of guests and patrons at your establishment who are also users of our site. The second reason to lower the bitrate is to reduce bandwidth on our infrastructure as well as our end users.
CrowdSpy is marketed as a local travel website / directory. As such visitors to your city will get a chance to peek inside selected venues.
Business owners will not have to manage our platform like other social media. The hardware we install is self sufficient and we provide free support.
Google is already attempting to provide users searching for a specific venue with a view inside and a graph depicting the busiest times from data they have aggregated.
We are also able to deploy CrowdSpy at outdoor events and temporary events such as music festivals, conferences, concerts, fairs, car shows, re-enactments and etc.
Early venues that adopt our platform will be known as “Founding Venues” as such these venues will receive right of first refusal to for all upgrades and promotions in their respective cities. They will also have a lifetime free membership to the platform and this is limited to the first 100 venues.
After deploying in our 3 launch cities we will offer all venues the ability to send push notifications based upon geographic boundaries. Such as the ability to send a push notification like “No cover before 11pm” when a user passes within a certain radius of their location or a competitor’s location.
We will also offer “Featured Venues” which will show up first in a particular city’s search or listing.
Lastly as a “Founding Venue” we will waive the required $200 deposit for hardware installation.
